Thanks to her very supportive parents, Beauideal was started by Lisa in 1985 when
she was a young teenager. Her parent's support and dedication allowed her to
finish over 10 Miniature Schnauzers (most breeder-owner handled) while she still
lived at home!
Later on, Beauideal took a backseat as she pursued her Bachelor of Science,
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM 2002), a general internship at Long Island
Veterinary Specialists, and the Duebler a fellowship in medical genetics and
reproduction at the University of Pennsylvania (2004).
2005 marked a return to the show ring and the addition of a bright new star- Giant
Schnauzer Ch. Ruster's Victoria Woodhull finished owner handled with 4 majors!
In 2006 Adriano Rocha begin handling Beauideal schnauzers - resulting in their first 2 homebred American group
winning Minis, Ch. Beauideal I'm A Rockstar and Ch Beauideal It's Raining Men.
At the end of 2007 Brier Creek Pet Hotel was purchased and Beauideal was moved to North Carolina. Here they enjoy the great weather and a more dog-friendly lifestyle.
Lisa is currently in private practice in North Carolina where she continues her
interests in purebred dogs (pediatrics, medical genetics & reproduction) and continues to show Beauideal Minis, a new Giant Schnauzer- Ardenhout's Carte Blanche, and Briard Majestique Forever Yours.
